WELCOME!
This is your go-to spot for resources, workshops and activities designed to help us all grow our understanding of race equity.
We aim to ensure that everyone within the agency makes decisions informed by an anti-racist lens. So, it is essential to equip our team with ongoing learning and development to weave this into our culture, making it the norm for Shape’s internal and external practices.
